Deciding under uncertainty
Explore what making decisions in extreme mountain conditions can teach us about making decisions in business.

Explorer of technology and uncertainty
An astonishing mountain experience, drawing parallels with business decision-making that I had never heard before.
Artificial intelligence and the mountains raise the same question: how do you decide and act when information is incomplete? Albert Meige is one of the few to tackle both with the same rigour: that of the scientist, the entrepreneur and the mountaineer.

AI is getting better and better, faster and faster. And we rely on it more and more. A keynote on what drives its performance, the vulnerabilities it creates, and how to start preparing for them now.
Albert demystifies artificial intelligence without trivialising it. You come away with a real framework for making decisions, not platitudes about innovation.

The disconcerting child.
“A disconcerting child.” My teacher wrote that on my school report in my first year of primary school. It took me a long time to understand what she meant. I think it was already my way of seeing the world: spotting connections others miss, linking trends, anticipating events before they become obvious to everyone.
The aspiring polymath.
This systemic view was shaped by a path that refuses to settle on a single field: scientist, entrepreneur, artist, adventurer. Far from being a distraction, this diversity sharpens a nuanced perspective, where hands-on experience meets conceptual analysis.
The magician.
Carrying all of this takes one more, rarer skill: the stage. Alongside my studies, I worked as a magician. It taught me rhythm, silence and suspense, everything you need to teleport an audience into the heart of a story, even when that story is about artificial intelligence, strategy or uncertainty.
A speaker who breaks the mould. Dense, nuanced content, flawless delivery, zero corporate jargon.
